Partnerships FAQs

Pricing & Costs

Does the partnership program cost anything upfront?

Terms are discussed on the call once we understand your trade, equipment, and current setup — there's no generic price list because the build-out scales with what you're starting from.

Timeline & Completion

How long until I'm actually taking jobs under the new brand?

It depends on how much is already in place — a truck and tools ready to go moves faster than starting from zero. We'll give you a real timeline once we know your starting point.

Getting Started

How do I get involved or apply?

Reach out through the contact page with your trade and current setup. From there it's a conversation about fit — no pressure, no obligation to commit on the first call.

What's Included

What exactly does the Toughjobs partnership program provide?

You bring the truck, tools, and skill. Toughjobs hands you the website, brand, systems, and marketing needed to turn one truck into a real company — the full operation, not just a logo.

Who It's For

Who is the partnership program actually for?

Tradespeople ready to go independent who already have the skill and equipment but not the marketing, brand, or business systems to book consistent work on their own.

Our Process

What's the difference between the partnership track and Helping Hands?

The partnership track hands you a full operation — website, brand, systems, and marketing. Helping Hands is a one-day-a-week program for people with more grit than budget: honest guidance and real direction, no pressure, without the full build-out.

Requirements & Preparation

Do I need my own truck and tools to apply?

Yes. The program is built around what you already bring to the table — your truck, tools, and trade skill. Toughjobs supplies the business side: website, brand, systems, and marketing.

Results & Expectations

What if the partnership doesn't work out for either side?

That's a conversation we have upfront, not after the fact. The goal is a real fit on both sides before anything launches.

Ownership & Access

Do I own the business, or am I working for Toughjobs?

You own the business. Toughjobs builds and runs the brand, systems, and marketing behind it, but the operation is yours.

Support & Maintenance

Who handles marketing and bookings once I'm running?

Toughjobs keeps running the website, marketing, and systems side so you can stay focused on the work in front of you, not on chasing leads.
